No uninstallation options：Azure Arc Setup
As you can see in the picture below the 2025 version of the system cannot be uninstalled, while the 2022 is normal OS Name Microsoft Windows Server 2025 Datacenter Version 10.0.26063...
Maybe because Azure Arc Setup is a capability:
Thus, you can try running the following command:
Remove-WindowsCapability -Name "AzureArcSetup~~~~" -Online
