Live Migration fails with "Disconnected VM Switch(s)" error on 17639 S2D cluster

Recreate the vSwitch with a different name solved the issue for me.
I use Build 17650.
And the same problem. Re-creating the switch did not solve the problem.
after disabling "network protection" everything works.
