Input methods cannot be used in a window opened before the remote desktop connection

As shown in the video, the remote desktop is connected to the server. Open Notepad, and you can enter Chinese normally. However, if the remote desktop is disconnected and connected again, Chinese characters cannot be entered in the Notepad opened earlier.
