HLK: It looks like you submitted a Universal package, but a non Universal package is required.

Hello,

I wanted to submit a new driver via the partner portal but I always get "It looks like you submitted a Universal package, but a non Universal package is required." But where can I change that? Drive Mode is WDM. HLK was also run and passed all except the ServerCore Test since no Server Core used for Test atm.

Really annoying and time consuming.

Server Target is WS2022 with WDK 20348.

Please provide steps to resolve the issue.
