Flight Signed ISOs

I've downloaded 

• Windows_InsiderPreview_Server_vNext_en-us_20298.iso and 
• Windows_InsiderPreview_Server_vNext_en-us_20303.iso

today from the Insider Preview site. Both ISOs are Flight Signed and Setup says I need to enable flightsigning to proceed. I'm assuming this is a mistake? Can you publish new ISOs?
