Feedback on WS 26063 / 26080 as per request

as requested in build announcement
MSA (home accounts work well), tested in settings app / MS Edge, Clipchamp

winget works great, including downloading / installing apps from MS Store. Kudos!

Tried win32 apps (ID X....) and MSIX (ID 9...)
examples: Teams, Clipchamp, and other.

winget.exe install 'Microsoft.PowerShell'

for  the command example we could remove the ' ' as they are obsolete. winget does not support white spaces in the packagename anyway and as such the package name is always something like vendor.software
