FEATURE REQUEST - b26040 - disable non-server typical features, like Modern Windows Backup

While Windows Server and Windows Client getting more and more similar, some things might be irritating and even "frustrate" admins.

After Upgrade to 26040, There was the orange mark in the start screen username, notifying me about to enable Settings > Windows Backup

This notification should not be activated on Windows Server, as it is pretty much consumer OS oriented.

    I second that, especially since quite some "pure client usable" stuff and notifications appears even on Server 2022 domain controllers where it really never should appear in first place. It doesn't even care for that the logged in domain admin has, by "if done right" design, never a cloud account linked in first place.
