explorer.exe crashing when viewing a shortcut Previous Versions tab

When viewing properties of two different shortcuts like Microsoft Edge , and Mozilla Firefox at the 
same time if clicking on the Previous Versions tab of one and then click the same tab on the second 
shortcut to compare them Windows explorer will crash.
