BSOD on login WS 2019 build 17744

On the WS 2019 build 17744 a serious bug discovered. If I log out of an administrator account and try to log on into another administrator account (for now this machine has only administrator accounts), Windows crashes into a BSOD. After reboot, log in is possible.
