b26100 - Feedback hub does not allow repro steps - greyed out

Problem Steps Recorder is installed in Optional Features. In Feedback hub "repro steps" on WS 2025 b26100 is greyed out. This way it is hard to provide actionable / quality feedback. Anyone else? ...
