Account blocked downloading any Insider ISO

Same basic message as the Google Fiber user, however, I know what caused my account to be blocked.  I did not approve a Firewall request for Webview2 while using Server 2022 and Duck Browser (you know which one as I am not approving of nor recommending a non-MSFT issued browser here) to Download the ISO for Vnext on the Server Insider's Download page.  I am still able to log into the page, select a build, choose my language, and I get the error after clicking Confirm. It also happened in Edge and on my cell phone using Cellular and it's proprietary browser. I installed 26534, and though it did allow me to attach my insider id to it, it would not dl a newer build, nor any Insider build for Windows 11 either.  The page simply says to contact Microsoft support if you feel you got this in error.  Of course, that would not accomplish anything except confuse some MSFT contacted Tech support and possibly incur a fee for me.  You have my account info.
Any help clearing it would be appreciated.

This happened to me last September and I have been unable to download anything Insider related since. I'm a home user using a standard broadband connection, no VPN or anything like that. In my case I thought it might have been self inflicted as I started a download and everything seemed to freeze. I waited a little while and clicked 'download' again. There was no indication anything was happened until I went to close the browser (Edge) when a message said doing so would cancel three downloads that were in progress. I cancelled the three downloads and from then on have not been able to get any more. Same message as the OP has posted.

I did raise a support ticket and ultimately was told it was most likely an IP block following what I had done and that it would clear. It has not. I have actually waited until just a few days ago before trying again. Still the same.

     OLDMAN2018 mentioned this:

Which I assume assigns a totally different IP to a home network so that kind of puts in doubt what Microsoft have told me.

Copilot collated some information as I got frustrated with this a couple of days ago and I am 'told' that any block is not account based. Hmmm.

    Extract from Copilot:

Microsoft sometimes rate‑limits or temporarily blocks IP ranges when:

    • A download is interrupted repeatedly

    • A CDN node flags unusual traffic

    • A region’s traffic triggers automated anti‑abuse systems

These blocks can last far longer than expected because they’re automated and not tied to your Microsoft account — they’re tied to your IP or region.

None of Microsoft’s official troubleshooting pages address IP‑based blocking directly, but they do confirm that network‑related issues, proxies, VPNs, or misconfigurations can prevent Insider access.

See the post above this one from a Swedish user.  That is the error I get.  It appears it’s not just my account.  It is a lot of people’s regular IP addresses who aren’t using VPN’s and aren’t using anything other than the official Microsoft Server Insider download page.  Windows Central (3rd party commentator) also posted this issue being prevalent a day or two ago.  I just hope Microsoft resolves this soon.  Obviously we cannot test a build if we cannot download it.  But I know MS is aware of this issue by now.
