Windows serveur 2016 14393.5066 RDS black screen App Readiness

Hello to everyone,

I have an RDS server on windows 2016 with the latest version (14393.5066) and after logging in I have a black screen for 3 minutes and timeout since the connection is blocked after 3 minutes, by disabling App Readiness the desktop is displayed in less than 10 seconds. The problem is that App Readiness prepares the applications to be used the first time a user logs in to this PC and when adding new applications.

do people have the same problem with this version?

is the problem known? Will Windows fix it in the next update? (I saw that each time a version had this problem a patch is pushed to fix it)

Is it serious to disable it? (I created a new user in the AD and I had no problem at the first connection)
