The "third party .dll" is the MFA plugin "NpsExtnForAzureMfaInstaller.exe" your logs can be found:
Event Viewer (local)\Applications and Services Logs\Microsoft\AzureMfa\AuthZ\AuthZOptCh

Suppose to send prompt to AzureAd for MFA.
