Windows Server 2019 Essentials Licensing - VPS

Question

Hello everyone, this is my first post and I want to ask you for help. I want to buy and install Windows Server 2019 Essentials on VPS - a virtual private server that I will have purchased as a service from a hosting company that allows you to install the system from your own ISO and enter your own license. This is not my physical machine but a virtual server. I will use a VPN server, and a simple program without SQL server will work there. Other users will not be connecting only through VPN and RDP. I don't want to make license problems and I wonder if I can install Windows Server 2019 Essentials on a Virtual Server and is it compatible with the license?
