WaC Storage/File Server Migration - split source volume

Hello:

Is it possible to "split" data shares from source volume E to multiple destination volumes (F & G) or is it really a single volume to single volume type of mapping?

We were hoping to consolidate shares from one volume to another during the file server migration however it doesn't seem possible.
