Updating Hyper-V Core Server from 17763 to 19042

I have a Hyper-V Core Server that is sitting with an older OS Build. I cannot find any information on how to update the OS Build and the Windows Updates through sConfig doesn't seem to update the OS.

Any help would be appreciated.

Note: Management is through PowerShell (PSSession) if it matters.
