NTRadPing gets rejected by Win2016 NPS

Does anybody have any idea on getting NPS to work?
Did you ever get a response or figure out why NTRadPing was not working with your NPS Radius in Server 2016? I am trying to figure out the same issue and it is dogging me. Appreciate any information.
