Network Monitor

Where can I locate the latest version of Microsoft Network Monitor, to install it on Windows Server 2019 and Windows Server 2022 Preview? Is there any replacement tool? Regards

You can download the latest and last version here

Download Microsoft Network Monitor 3.4 (archive) from Official Microsoft Download Center

but note it was replaced with Message Analyzer that was discontinued in 2019

If you want to monitor Web traffic, you can use https://www.telerik.com/download/fiddler It's also used by Microsoft Support when they're troubleshooting issues. It's not a Microsoft product, but could be a more lightweight alternative to Wireshark.

Afraid there isn't a new one. They stopped with the end of Message Analyzer
