desktop.ini file showing up on server desktop

I have several servers that we use in our environment. They are all setup very similar and runnign Windows Server 2016. I have one server that is now showing a desktop.ini file on the desktop. Not sure why it started showing up or why it is there. Can anyone provide clarification for me. Is there something I need to check on that particular server?

Here is what is inside the desktop.ini file:

[.ShellClassInfo]
LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21769
IconResource=%SystemRoot%\system32\imageres.dll,-183

    Hello Tim Hunter,

    Did you uncheck « Hide protected operating system files » option on this particular server ?

    Regards,

    Thierry
