在PowerShellv7.4.3.0中无法更新中文帮助
我在PowerShell的v7.4.3.0版中使用Update-Help -UICulture zh-CN指令无法正常更新中文帮助，出现如下报错：
XML 文件中检索不到 UI 区域性 zh-CN。确保模块清单中的 HelpInfoUri 属性有效或检查网络连接是否正常，然后重试该命令。
所在位置 行:1 字符: 1
+ Update-Help -UICulture zh-CN
+ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
+ CategoryInfo : ResourceUnavailable: (:) [Update-Help], Exception
+ FullyQualifiedErrorId : UnableToRetrieveHelpInfoXml,Microsoft.PowerShell.Commands.UpdateHelpCommand
并且，我尝试了主流的解决方法；运行Update-Help -ErrorAction SilentlyContinue 命令，但依然无效，请问有谁能够给出解决办法吗？
