在PowerShellv7.4.3.0中无法更新中文帮助
我在PowerShell的v7.4.3.0版中使用Update-Help -UICulture zh-CN指令无法正常更新中文帮助，出现如下报错： [ Spoiler ] 并且，我尝试了主流的解决方法；运行Update-Help -ErrorAction SilentlyContinue 命令，但依然无效，请问有谁能够给出解决办法吗？
