Your windows insider build ran into problem with several error

Help me please!

 

My PC is stuck on this green screen showing

Your windows insider build ran into problem and it restart automatically and appear that green screen again and again. Please help me I can't even install window with USB its doesn't read my USB. And enter troubleshooting setting l

    How this problem started?
    Did you download or install any program before this problem started?
    Are you able to boot from USB?
    You may force shutdown your PC twice and it should bring the Windows Recovery Environment and you may use it to troubleshoot this problem like restore your system or perform a repair.

    To be able to use the USB port you have to take it back to Windows 7 then update it after. Windows 7 is installed it will update to the latest version
