Has the insider synchronization on this computer been successful before?

This is a personal microsoft account it was working before.
The windows insider website says I already registered into insider.
In the privacy settings - have you enabled the transfer of optional diagnostic data , for Microsoft?
Do you have a third-party antivirus installed?
- Yes I enabled it. And I also tried to disable and enable it again.
There is no third party antivirus.
I had ad blocker but I removed it in other thread it was a good solution. But for me not without adblocker it is still the same. Clicking on fix button does nothing with the problem.Is this account the Windows administrator on this computer - maybe there are other accounts? besides the default?
