Wireless Access Protocol not working in Windows 11

I have a router that contains a storage HDD which I use as a backup device. After moving to Windows 11, Windows not showing that thing.

Even with latest insider build if I try to ON it and later open the device it shows me OFF.   did check with fresh installation as well.

This is broken.
