Try open the drive which Windows has been installed (e.g. C:, D:, etc.) and see if you see any folder names Windows.old?
If yes, you may find your files and data there.

You can download the iso for Windows here and there is also a link for creating bootable media on a usb storage device.

  • While you reinstall, you've option to keep or discard your data. If you select 'Remove everything', your data will be deleted. If you choose to 'Keep my files', then only your data is preserved.

What you are saying is not true. You get the option to keep apps and data during an upgrade only. A new install does not provide that option.

I lost the files: like the link with the phone and the wingaget (the thing with the weather) and I have an error that even the Microsoft store can't identify

If you downloaded the ISO and it wasn't an in-place update -> then yes it is normal. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-insider/isos

And when installing it was not possible ( leave personal files and settings ) this is a common problem in Insider builds, unfortunately!
