Windows update patch stuck at 0%
The Windows update patch is stuck at 0% download progress. I have tried closing the update service in Services.msc, deleting the patch files in the C drive, and restarting the computer. I have also
run Windows Update Troubleshooter and used the command line to reset the update-related services. I need other effective solutions. Can I upgrade the system via a USB flash drive?

If the upgrade via USB still encounters issues, you might want to consider clean installing (which deletes installed programs but keeps your data if you choose "Keep files"). However, backing up data beforehand is crucial.
