windows update is not working

Hello! I keep getting a message that my Windows 11 build is expiring on 9/15/22. When I go to check for an update, the search fails and I get a message that says "Something went wrong. Try to reopen Settings later." I've checked back several times but same result. I am using Windows 11 Pro Insider Preview Evaluation copy Build 22543.rs_prerelease.220122-2315 on an ARM-based VM through Parallels. I just updated to Parallels 18 but that did not solve it. I'm on a Macbook Pro with M1 chip.

        This is the latest version of the Dev channel. I'm not sure if you can download the ISO and update in place?
