Windows Update has stopped working.

Every time I go to check Window's Update, I now get an "Error Encountered" message and a click box that says RETRY.    If I retry... or even re-start then retry... it's always the same error message.   It happened after I installed Windows 11 Insider Preview 25936.1000 (rs_prerelease).  I tried to uninstall that update but by my uninstall updates section says "No updates found".   Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.
