Windows update has old out dated Intel Graphic drivers - Fast Ring insider - Kaby Lake Processor CPU

My CPU is i7 7700K. I've been on insider fast ring for more than a year and in the past 3 months there hasn't been any new Intel graphic drivers in Windows Update.
I tried clean installing Windows as well but still the older driver is being downloaded.

right now the latest driver which Windows update automatically finds and downloads is:
27.20.100.7988

while the latest version is:
27.20.100.8280
