Windows update giving conflicting messages

Hi,

I am on 22623.1255 and when I click on Check for updates I am told I am up to date.

When I click on Windows Insider Programme I get the message.

A newer build is available in Windows update.

If I run troubleshooter, it says problem found detected and that it has made some changes.

Nothing is fixed and if you run it again you get the same result.

Is there a manual update you can run to get from 22623 to 22624?
