Windows Update error:Download error - 0x80004002

Hey so i wanted to update windows and i get this error 0x80004002

Corrupted system files can cause this error. These tools check and repair the core Windows image and system files.

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
sfc /scannow
