Windows update error 0x8007000d

Hello,

Every time i check for update in windows, it's giving me same error again and again and the error is "Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll try to download the update again later. Error code: (0x8007000d)"

Although i tried many methods suggested by Microsoft support team, but still i am getting this error.

I have tried many commands in command prompt like

  "DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth"

"sfc /scannow"

"Chkdsk /r"

"net stop wuauserv"

"net stop cryptSvc"

"net stop bits"

"net stop msiserver"

"Ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old"

"Ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 Catroot2.old"

"net start wuauserv"

"net start cryptSvc"

"net start bits"

"net start msiserver"

But none of them actually worked 😞

I hope someone could help me fix this issue.

Have you tried Windows Update troubleshooter too?

If none of them worked, then open start and search for feedback and open Feedback Hub app and report this issue.

Since you already followed all general troubleshooting steps and there was no success, sending report to Microsoft would be the best option and Windows team could investigate this issue.
