Windows UI not accessible

Had no issues this morning, but when I booted up my pc later, the taskbar just had the loading icon and I could not interact with the UI at all, basically leaving the pc unusable.

Pc specs: Asus rog zephyrus g15 ga503
16 gb ram, Nvidia rtx 3070 laptop
