Windows Time Does Not Sync Automatically

I am having an issue with my Windows 11 laptop where it does not automatically synchronize time with any NTP time servers. I have attempted to connect to various NTP time servers, yet the problem persists. Interestingly, the time synchronization works perfectly fine if I manually trigger it by navigating to Settings > Time & Language > Date & Time and selecting "Sync Now". The option for "Set the time automatically" is enabled.

Upon inspecting the Services, I noticed that the Windows Time service is operational and set to Manual (Trigger Start) on my laptop as well as on my other computers.

Given that my laptop tends to drift significantly in time, the automatic time synchronization feature is crucial for me.

I am curious to explore other potential factors that might be inhibiting the automatic time sync on my Windows system.
