Windows Taskbar white Background with Darkmode & 2 Up-Arrows on the right site

Hello Guys,

after the last update (02.10.2021 i think), my taskbar is on the custom app position completly white.

 

Also when i restart the windows explorer via the task manager.

 

Also there are two arrows up, but only the right one is clickable

    I'm seeing the exact same thing - multiple monitors, only occurs on primary.  NVidia Quadro M620 video card with latest driver (30.0.14.7168)

      Last Option is to reinstall the system, but not my favorite option 😄
