Windows Server rolling release strategy
I have been troubled by this problem for a long time recently. Who in the heck would use a "fast moving" Windows Server branch?

The concept of a "rolling release" strategy for Windows Server is not officially implemented by Microsoft in the traditional sense like some Linux distributions or other software ecosystems. Instead, Microsoft has adopted a semi-annual channel (SAC) update model for Windows Server, which can sometimes feel "fast-moving" compared to the long-term servicing channel (LTSC).
