Windows security popup

This is really bugging me, it doesn't happen often but sometimes, usually when trying to purchase something online, I get this popup:

    I can understand why it is bothering you, I've never seen anything like this.

    Have you installed Wallet in MS Edge, have you saved your credit card information in MS Edge, have you turned on Shopping in MS Edge, and are you logged in to MS Edge. 

    These questions may have an influence on your experience, as it may try to log you onto MS Edge to get to your Wallet for information, or trying to get special offers for this site.

    Another reason could be that you're not using Windows Hello, but using a password to log onto Windows, so it is prompting you to create a pin instead. 

    As I have never seen it before, these are only suggestions.
