If the problem persists, you might consider rolling back to a stable build or doing a repair install, especially if the update caused systemic issues.
Support has already advised me to do this, but have you ever stopped to think that everything would go back to this, back to the build, fresh start, creating a new administrator user, etc.? In other words, we haven't received a direct response from Microsoft, which means there's no point in implementing new features if the basics don't work. I understand that the Insiders Program has this objective, but honestly, I'm not selling much of an advantage. Before changing anything in the build, it would be cool to exhaust all user complaints, only then will we have a better OS.
