Windows PC WiFi issue

Win PC on a machine used by a customer for specific purposes.
Anyway, it has a TP Link PCI card and connects to my WiFi which is set up as WPA2 without any problems. He, by coincidence has exactly the same service with the same router set at WPA2 as well.
However, when the machine is at his house a 'cannot find certificate' error occurs, which is strange since configurations are identical. IEEE authentication is disabled for both wireless set ups (his and mine).
Scratching my head over this one.

The "cannot find certificate" error usually means the WiFi is trying to use WPA2-Enterprise (certificate-based) authentication, not WPA2-Personal. Even if configurations look identical, his router may be set to use Enterprise mode or require certificates. Double-check his router’s WiFi security settings to ensure it’s set to WPA2-Personal (PSK), not Enterprise.
