Windows is saying that my PC doesn't meet minimum requirements for Windows 11 when it actually does.

Okay so this is an interesting one, I went to go do the Windows Insider Program thing and it says "Your PC does not meet the minimum requirements for Windows 11. Your channel options will be limited"...
