Windows Installer Problem
I am trying to install a program named Fritzing. I keep getting the following error: "The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This can occur if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personnel for assistance." I also get that error trying to install a program called advanced installer.

Note: Included link in this reply refers to blog by a trusted Microsoft MVP.- Windows Installer services is completely missing. Checked via services.msc and regedit

- The windows installer service is completely missing from the registry. Checked using services.msc and regedit.
- BTW running version Windows 11 Home 10.0.26100 Build 26100
