Would you mind share the name of the program?
Are you using Windows 11?
Does it work in the previous version of Windows?

Thanks for responding.
I have tested it with several programs, none of them will currently install. The specific program is DB Browser for SQLite.
I am indeed using Windows 11, and it had worked in prior versions of Windows -and- Windows 11. This is a very recent problem.
- Reza_AmeriJun 09, 2022Silver ContributorTry run Windows Update and download and install all updates.
Open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue.
Try restart your PC and try again.
Try performing a Clean Boot and see if the problem persists?
Have a look at:

If the problem persists I might just have to bite the bullet and reinstall Windows. Nobody seems to know what the issue is, and it's quite frustrating.
- Reza_AmeriJun 09, 2022Silver ContributorI shared earlier to perform a Clean Boot?
Have you boot into the Clean Boot?
If yes, what was the result?
Clean Boot is state where your Windows will boot with minimum services and if that resolve the issue, you may enable services one by one to identify which one causing the problem.
