Windows Insider update

I can't update my windows I'm on insider program I just joined then while installing I was playing call of duty at the time my Lenovo Legion go ceased then I restarted but it got stuck there so I forced shut it down also I joined the insider program because I can't open xbox mode on startup anymore after leaving insider program few weeks ago so I thought it would fix it

    While in Safe Mode, go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > View update history. If recent updates or Insider builds caused the problem, consider uninstalling the latest updates.

    Turn on your laptop and immediately press F8 repeatedly (or Shift + F8, or Esc then Shift + F8) during startup, if available.
