Windows Insider update fails
For urgent issues it is recommended to contact Microsoft Support.
However, we are here to help users like you the best we could.
Reza_Ameri I too am having update problems, but mine occur inside Hyper-V. The update is:
Windows 11 Insider Preview 10.0.22622.601 (ni_release)
Install error - 0x80070001
The download works 100%. The install fails at 37%.
I have tried enabling the hidden "Administrator" account and running the update there, but it still fails. My REAL machine is running Windows 11 Pro. I have turned off "Protected folders". I have no special logion apps, no "tools", Windows Defender for AV. I have tried the update troubleshooter and it DOES discover "a" problem, but does not fix it or even offer suggestions. I have been using insider for over a year, with no problems other than the usual bugs in a pre-release (new things that aren't perfect). Very frustrated. No background apps (of my own) running.

Internet should work but maybe you disable the service related to the network.
You may look into the list of applications and enable service related to network.
You may try performing a repair install of the Windows too. - RufusJWBSep 27, 2022Copper ContributorI filed a bug report, but no feedback so far. Clean boot isn't helping, since with a clean boot I don't have Internet and can't restart the installer. Would be great, if MS could fix this problem.

In addition, try performing Clean Boot and see if the problem persists?
