Windows Insider Update Error 10.0.21301.1010

I can't download the update. After the installation starts, it gives an error: "Updates could not be installed due to a problem with the date and time information on the device. Check the time, date, and time zone settings and we'll try again."
I have synchronized the time and location on my PC, but still the update center gives this error 
(I'm sorry, the Windows version is in Russian)
