Windows Insider Program Get Started button broken. "We aren't able to talk to our service right now.

I can upgrade on windows 11 but the windows inside the program in started button show "We aren't able to talk to our service right now." try again later I am tried all things but not upgrade windows 11 because I am not losing my windows licensed version.

so please anybody tell me how to fix this error for in update my windows 10 to windows 11

    I have been a member for quite some time don't join it as all the updates and new builds are from the DEV channel unreliable unstable the BETA channel no longer exists as both channels get only DEV builds it was a good program until now
