Deleted I did everything but to no avail. I think my rejistry (in rejistry editor ) corrupt or wrong entries.

See this:- I did as you told. First I download "Windows10_InsiderPreview_Client_x64_en-us_21354" iso file and install this windows in my laptop. But I face same types problems then i got angry and I left. Then I reinstall windows 10 pro 21H1 19043.1110.

Please do a full scan with Microsoft Defender, if it doesn't help then just a clean installation of Windows can help.
