Windows Insider Preview 17661: Preparing Windows Hangs after I enter my PIN

I installed Insider Preview 17661 and Preparing Windows Hangs after I enter PIN. Also, When I try to restore Previous Version of Windows, I get an Error that it can't restore Previous Version. I have also tried to do a fresh install and I get message that Drivers are Missing. I also get dll errors for Acrobat & Origin. Any help would greatly Apreciated.
