WIndows Insider Page Completely Down

I am trying to join the Insider program, but when I try to load the site it only shows a spinning icon, it is just spinning forever. I have tried it on different devices and browsers (including Edge) and I cannot get past this. I tried logging out and back in and that does not work either. I tried every other way, and reached out to the Microsoft support, and they redirected me here.

      Hi  thank you for your time and answer. 

      I have tried each and every link. However, I, again ended up being stuck on the loading page. It is just spinning forever...
