Windows insider not the same on all computer?

Hi everyone !

I just installed the pre released version of Windows 11 to test the new battery features on my Surface Laptop Studio and i love it ! So i decided to enroll my Asus Zephyrus G14 and it worked great.

But once i restarted my computer (The Asus) All the new battery settings were gone. Both my Asus and Surface are on the same build (26120.3653 ge_release) But i don't have the same options. Is it normal?
